The purpose of the meeting is to receive the annual report, present the 2024 Budget as approved by session, and act on proposed changes to the pastor’s terms of call. At the conclusion of the congregational meeting, the annual meeting of the Chester Presbyterian Church Corporation will take place. The business for the corporation is to hold an annual meeting, reporting on its work for the previous year; and to act on a recommendation of the nominating committee to elect an at-large trustee, class of 2027.
