Todd and his wife Cynthia have been members of Chester Presbyterian Church since 2011. They have two adult children, a son and daughter, and 3 grandchildren. They moved to Chester to live closer to their daughter and her family. Their son resides in New Jersey.
Since joining the CPC family, Todd has been involved in several missions: After School Tutoring, Property Committee, Membership Committee and Walk-in Ministry. After School Tutoring is a program that tutors students from Curtis Elementary School in second and third grade and helps them with their homework. The Walk-in Ministry team goes to Second Presbyterian Church in Richmond to help with lunch for the homeless. Todd is currently serving as a deacon and has previously served CPC as an elder.
Todd has been retired for 12 years. Prior to retiring, he was Director of Environmental Health and Hazardous Material Response for the Hunterdon County Health Department in New Jersey.
Bicycle touring, reading, Tai Chi and Qigong are some of the things Todd enjoys doing in his spare time. He has recently taken up blacksmithing as well.
Some people are good at sports and the arts. Todd feels his talent is looking at processes going on around him, and thinking about possible better ways to do them – then making suggestions on change.
